Lucius Ha, also known as bluugu, is a digital-first designer and artist working at the intersection of innovation, identity, and cultural narrative. With a background in industrial design and a practice grounded in detailed digital illustration and animation, his work explores the boundaries between art and design through a self-developed framework called Design Arte.

Through this lens, Lucius creates objects, visuals, and digital artefacts that reflect a third-culture perspective—merging functionality with emotion, precision with storytelling. From illustrations to 3D art toys and wearable design, his work challenges conventional definitions, inviting new ways to see and experience design as art.
